Founding Member/Attorney in the practice of law in the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Law, Trusts/Wills/Probate, Asset Protection, Business Law, Contract Law, Real Estate, Mortgage Law, Entertainment/Sports Management, and Music Producer. Dr. Lucero is licensed to practice law in the following 5 states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana & Pennsylvania (and passed 5 comprehensive character & fitness evaluations by each of the State Board of Law Examiners). Additionally, Mr. Lucero is admitted and licensed to practice law by the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Lucero is also representing and managing his son Anthony as a world class American drummer performing with many world class well known professional touring/recording musicians. Mr. Timothy D. Mr. Lucero is also a Pilot/Aviator.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Lucero was a warrior in the full sense of the word.  He Commanded combat arms troops in the field in combat arms line units, and first qualified for and held a federal Secret Clearance, thereafter qualified for and held a federal Top Secret Security Clearance level after an extensive special background investigation, until military retirement. Mr. Lucero was competitively selected from a pool of over 6000 personnel to serve as a General Officer's Aide-de-Camp as a senior 1st Lieutenant (a feat accomplished by less than 1% of all commissioned military officers in the United States Military) prior to commanding the United States Army's largest Separate Brigade Headquarters Company of over 1000 men and women soldiers and officers and managed multi-millions of dollars worth of materials and equipment and budgets as a Captain. Before being promoted to the rank of Major, served as a Commander, Special Personal Staff Officer, staff officer or an Executive Officer (2nd in Command) at 3 different levels (Active Duty and Reserve Duty combined) at 18th Airborne Corps, 12th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 478 Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), U.S. Atlantic Command (J7), 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne), at Fort Bragg, N.C., and other units. Served as a senior commissioned military officer and leader in Special Operations, Civil Affairs (Lieutenant Colonel slot), and Airborne Infantry units. Mr. Lucero is a decorated military veteran with advanced experience and leadership skills and he is airborne/HALO, language, psychological warfare/foreign internal defense, and scuba qualified.
