You are innocent throughout the entire litigation/trial process. If the prosecutor can not reach and prove his/her burden beyond a reasonable doubt then you will be acquitted and remain innocent. We may also draft a Limited Power of Attorney if one becomes necessary for no extra charge. We also relieve you as the seller from attending the closing which allows you to move on to your next home or to proceed with your plans...and we review the closing statement and title commitment with you for precise accuracy prior to closing.  The Firm also drafts real estate contracts and leases and negotiates those documents terms, conditions, and provisions on your behalf before you enter into a contract.  The firm may also coordinate with the title/closing agent as well on your behalf.

We partner with you to gather and draft all the required data for federal Chapter 7 "no asset" bankruptcy schedules and file them electronically with the federal court to get you a fresh start and discharge qualifying debt. We conduct the "means test" with you to determine if (most do by far overwhelmingly) if you are qualified under the law to be eligible to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We also coordinate with you to attend the 2 required online classes the federal court requires (one is pre-filing before your bankruptcy, and the other is after your 341 meeting of the creditors conducted at the federal court. We also attend the required 341 meeting of the creditors on your behalf with you and the United States Trustee and prepare you for the questions we will be asking you under oath in front of the United States Trustee assigned to your case.
